Meet Mary Holmes
Founder of Capstone HRP.
Mary possesses more than 20 years of experience working in numerous industries such as government contracting (GovCon), healthcare, IT, international services, and other professional services and has extensive knowledge in the Service Contract Act (SCA) and union relations.
As a forward-thinking creator of total workforce solutions Capstone HR Partner’s founder, Mary Holmes works with her team to design and execute client strategic initiatives and programs. She is well-versed in implementing comprehensive programs that mold dedicated employees and align their goals with client objectives and priorities. Armed with impeccable talent assessment, mediation, and mentoring skills, Mary guides not only our daily HR operations but also our strategic plan for creating an inclusive environment that welcomes everyone’s input. She works with customers to establish procedures that are fair and support team goal-achievement, keeping morale high and fostering a nurturing work environment. Mary holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from George Mason University and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University where she graduated summa cum laude, earning a membership with the National Society of Leadership and Success.
